Role Description

Trusted TV is seeking someone who has experience working in B2B customer service. Ideally, a good fit candidate will have worked with small businesses before in a digital customer support capacity, assisting them over the phone, email, and or via text message to solve problems and become more successful using your company’s product. 

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide onboarding, support, and campaign guidance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Help customers understand how to use the Trusted TV platform effectively.
• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account notes.
• Escalate technical issues or customer concerns when appropriate.
• Share customer feedback with product and leadership teams to help improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Experience with digital marketing or advertising is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70k OTE earnings
• $20k on-target bonus
• $50k base salary
