Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Marketing & Communications is a senior leader responsible for building, leading, and executing the company’s enterprise-wide marketing, brand, and communications strategy. This role is critical to support business growth, including new product launches, expansion into new markets, and the creation of new affiliated companies.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer or President, the AVP serves as the single point of accountability for the Marketing & Communications function, overseeing both strategy and execution. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning across multiple entities.

Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing/Communications) preferred
Experience
Proven experience supporting product launches, market expansion, and/or multi-entity organizations
