Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Manages and oversees all integrated marketing campaigns in all channels including offline, online and experiential.
  • - Builds internal consensus and support for marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the business profitably.
  • - Leads the oversight of these campaigns with cross functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • - Responsible for developing marketing strategies and creative briefs grounded in insights and to provide thought starters to the creative teams.
  • - Partners and collaborates with senior business and marketing leaders on the development of these broad-based integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • - Provides clear, thoughtful and strategic marketing recommendations to meet business objectives.
  • - Builds and develops high-performing marketing teams that deliver positive outcomes for business partners.
  • - Leads integrated marketing staff to achieve results through strong talent development, performance management, and clear objective and goal setting.
  • - Understands marketing changes and trends and leads adoption and implementation of those that will help move the department forward.
  • - Leads multiple agency partners and manages their integration within the organization to maximize their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred

  • Strong understanding of changes and trends in the media, content and digital marketplaces and how those changes impact recommended campaign strategies.
  • Strong computer skills preferred; expert knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record working with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development.
  • Expert knowledge of advertising and media platforms and trends.
  • Proven ability to build and lead strong internal team/client relationships and effectively motivate teams.
  • Able to successfully work in a matrix organization.
  • Able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional strategic management skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to align Enterprise efforts with business priorities.
