Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs (Administrative Manager I), Salary: $57,779 – $72,224 per year, USCA Alumni Relations
The Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs supports the university’s efforts to strengthen alumni engagement, volunteer involvement and philanthropic support. Working collaboratively with Advancement staff, campus partners and alumni leaders, this position assists in the planning and execution of programs, events, communications and outreach initiatives that deepen connections between alumni and USCA while advancing the university’s mission and strategic priorities. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of alumni relations, fundraising, constituent engagement and higher education advancement practices. Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage alumni, donors, volunteers, students and campus partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, analyze data, maintain accurate records and utilize CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
