We are looking for an Associate Wholesale Planner to join our Wholesale Planning team. Responsibilities: Pull, monitor & communicate current shipping status vs forecast to all cross-functional partners Responsible for presenting and calling out risks and opportunities to the forecast to management and cross-functional partners Pull all necessary data to reforecast monthly sales and RTVs on a weekly basis to deliver an accurate sales forecast to the Finance team Create all pre-market analyses to support the sales team’s assortment & projection process Partner with manager on the creation of a pre-season budget by account based on sales trend, account plans and past purchases. Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by account and classification. Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that aligns future financial and product opportunities. Review account profitability reports, summarize key takeaways, and prepare suggested action plans to be reviewed with accounts monthly Qualifications: 2+ years of merchandise planning experience Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Merchandising or related field preferred High level of experience and proficiency in Excel Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial acumen Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management Strong sense of teamwork to coordinate with many cross-functional partners High degree of accountability and attention to detail Ability to flex across shifting priorities Strong sense of urgency and accuracy Salary: $65,000 to 70,000* *The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
