Job Description
In this role as Associate Product Manager, you will provide strategic analysis, cross-functional coordination and administrative execution in support of achieving the business and financial goals for CTI product portfolio.
The enablement and support this role provide to Insulation product managers are essential in achieving key strategic initiative and completing executional tasks in collaboration with other functions to drive continuous business improvement.

Prior sales and/or marketing experience - Preferred

TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTENCoordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, operations to execute day-to-day product-related operation, and manage product-related programs through project management, including but not limited to SAP setup/upgrade to ensure business continuity and improvement.
Create product specific internal data base and processes to improve automation and streamline process for better efficiency.
Support New Product Development (NPD) business case creation, as well as support to define and execute multi-generation product roadmaps (MGPPs)
Collect and support synthesize market understanding to support the analysis on market needs, trends and competitive benchmark on product cross-references.
Support the execution of existing and updated product value propositions. Creating and upgrading Sales materials (data page, sell sheets, powerpoint, installation guide). Act as a liaison to the marketing and technical services group as asked by the team.
Support market research on emerging concept and new opportunities and/or white space.
Provide ad-hoc product support with data analysis and recommendations, including the advancement of LRP or product strategy support.
