Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs from kickoff through post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate production timelines, schedules, staffing plans, and project documentation.
  • Partner with clients, vendors, fabricators, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in developing and managing production budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliations.
  • Coordinate travel, shipping, staffing, and onsite logistics for events and activations.
  • Participate in client meetings, production calls, and internal planning sessions.
  • Advance events by confirming production details, schedules, permits, and operational requirements.
  • Support onsite event execution, including setup, live operations, troubleshooting, and strike.
  • Maintain clear communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute production expertise throughout project development.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, agency production, event management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating experiential activations, events, or production projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with vendors, fabrication partners, venues, and event logistics.
  • Understanding of production budgets, financial tracking, and vendor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% throughout the year.
