  • Brand & Campaign Orchestration: Help translate brand strategy into integrated communications, campaigns, and audience messaging across formats.
  • Events & Partnerships: Organize B2C summits, manage sponsorships, and coordinate agency deliverables to meet timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager in building integrated marketing communications plans that align brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Execute plans inside Retail Media Network customer portals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Drive Agency partner Action Register next steps and timelines, ensuring accountability and follow-through across all agency deliverables.
  • Organize and execute B2C summits 2–4 times per year, including building decks and agendas, coordinating speakers and managing all event logistics.
  • Support Senior Brand Managers on deck building and storytelling for internal and external presentations.
  • Support sponsorship strategy by helping to manage and organize logistics of key events and brand sponsorships.
  • General marketing and commercial team support and B2B support when needed.
  • Help manage internal communication programs and support employee engagement alignment initiatives.
  • Join the Senior Manager on customer and vendor meetings to capture strategic notes, action items and next steps.
  • Budget and invoice management, including tracking spend against planned tactics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy or a related field.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of marketing communications, brand strategy and audience engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems.
  • Understanding of marketing communications, brand strategy and audience engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.

  • Compensation range: $87,561.06-$131,341.59 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge, and skills)
