Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a scaled UGC program with a network of hundreds of members, including sourcing, onboarding, outreach, communications, and ongoing engagement
  • Execute retention and engagement strategies to keep members active and posting, monitoring participation trends and identifying opportunities to improve the member experience, including how members are recognized, rewarded, and moved through engagement tiers
  • Manage the @RTRMuse social handles and support member visibility across @RenttheRunway, showing up in the comments, responding to UGC, and building the kind of community presence that makes people excited to be part of the program
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to place and syndicate content across paid, site, email, and other channels; securing rights and clearances and ensuring content reaches the right audiences at the right moments in the funnel
  • Coordinate with Muse members on logistics and appearances for @RenttheRunway social shows
  • Coordinate incentive and rewards processes, working with finance and accounting to track payouts and reconcile program spend
  • Maintain program tools, workflows, tracking systems, and templates to keep operations running efficiently
  • Track and report on program performance (volume, quality, engagement), sharing regular updates with stakeholders and surfacing recommendations for improvement — including supporting compliance and legal requirements related to content rights and member agreements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in community management, influencer/ambassador programs, or social media.

Preferred

  • Bonus if you’ve managed social channels, email marketing, or community platforms.
