Drive strategic marketing planning and cross-functional brand work, leading insights, campaign integration, and creative briefs.

Lead Brand Management and New Business strategy across accounts
Must-have: 5+ years in advertising/marketing with strategy experience
Standout: opportunity to own multi-channel campaigns (Social, Paid, CRM, emerging platforms)

Create strategic insights for clients utilizing customer and competitive research, bench marking studies, and general analysis and audit techniques.
Serve as the lead individual (especially for Brand Management and New Business) as it relates to guiding your accounts through the process of developing complex strategic plans
Orchestrate, implement, and optimize integrated campaign strategies across Social, Paid Media, CRM, and emerging platforms
Develop creative and tactical briefs grounded in clear positioning and communication strategy
Lead communication frameworks that connect brand, product, and performance objectives
Develop creative briefs on projects by using research and insights to create a single strategic idea that inspires the creative team to achieve a business objective
Create pitch decks and develop deck narratives by collaborating with the team and orchestrate the process of gathering information from each department
Lead primary and secondary research by creating surveys, focus groups, internal and external brand questionnaires to discover insights
Stay up to date on trends, media habits and innovative tech/platform opportunities to educate brands and departments on opportunities for brand relevance
Define habits and trends into actionable insights that allow for collaboration between the creative, social and digital media teams

5+ years post-degree experience in an Advertising agency or on a Marketing team in-house
Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy skills
Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies
Experience with market research and consumer behavior analysis
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
