Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid search program for ecommerce, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Shopping/Performance Max campaigns, from strategy and structure to bidding, keyword expansion, and optimization across ROAS, CPA, and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Build and manage scalable ecommerce account structures including Shopping, Performance Max, brand, and non-brand search campaigns
  • Conduct search term analysis and implement negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend and improve intent targeting
  • Manage and optimize bidding strategies including tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions, and Max Conversion Value
  • Identify opportunities for keyword expansion, match type testing, and campaign scaling while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and spend allocation across campaigns to ensure efficient growth
  • Create clear performance reports and present insights and optimization plans to internal teams and clients

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on paid search management experience
  • Experience managing ecommerce or DTC paid search campaigns with revenue and ROAS goals
  • Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Center
  • Experience optimizing Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and performance metrics
