Job Description

Own brand and cross-functional marketing execution in regulated CNS space, translating research and field insights into integrated HCP/patient plans and driving end-to-end campaigns, with a focus on messaging, channels, and patient access outcomes.

  • Responsibilities: Partner with the Brand Lead to inform and evolve brand strategy, bringing forward insights from market research, field feedback, and performance data
  • Responsibilities: Translate brand strategy into integrated HCP and patient marketing plans, ensuring alignment across the treatment journey
  • Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of key marketing initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, on strategy, and on budget
  • Responsibilities: Drive cross-functional coordination across medical, patient services, market access, and field teams to enable seamless execution
  • Responsibilities: Analyze campaign performance and market dynamics to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix
  • Responsibilities: Support and execute digital marketing strategy across HCP and patient channels, improving engagement and effectiveness
  • Responsibilities: Lead execution of patient-focused initiatives, including disease education and support programs that improve diagnosis and access
  • Responsibilities: Own operational excellence across key marketing programs (e.g., speaker bureau, congress execution), identifying inefficiencies and improving impact
  • Requirements: Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, supporting both strategy and execution across HCP and/or patient audiences
  • Requirements: Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution across multiple channels
  • Requirements: Experience working in cross-functional teams within a regulated environment
  • Requirements: Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and recommend actions
  • Preferred: Experience in rare disease, specialty, or CNS/neurology preferred
