Lead CX strategy support across client platforms with data-driven insights to inform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to advise on CX and content improvements.
• Identify testing opportunities and coordinate implementation for page performance gains.
• Deliver market-leading customer journeys across digital channels as part of a multi-skilled team.
• Support the Client Partnership & Strategy team with desk research and staging document ownership.
• Contribute to presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Build trust internally and externally through knowledge and respectful collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in an agency or client environment.
• Digital marketing experience with strong communication skills.
• Organizational and project management capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Understanding of customer journey optimization across digital channels.
• Experience using customer data to inform strategies is advantageous.
