Pay and Benefits
Banner Engineering is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:
Base Pay Range: $50,882.00 – $69,962.00

Position Summary
As the Associate Digital Marketing Specialist within the corporate Marketing team, this role is responsible for authoring and maintaining high impact web experiences that support product launches, campaigns, and key product content across Banner Engineering’s digital ecosystem. This person ensures content is accurate, structured, and aligned with brand standards while supporting both domestic and international sites.
Success in this role requires strong judgment in how content is organized, implemented, and optimized within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). This includes working within Banner’s existing components, templates, and tagging structure to deliver effective, scalable digital experiences. The role also supports multilingual content needs, ensuring content is properly prepared, translated, and deployed across regional sites.
This person will contribute to an established digital launch process, partnering with Developers, UX and Visual Designers, Videographers, Regional Marketing teams, and Copywriters to build, refine, and evaluate web experiences that improve performance and usability.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager / UX Designer.
