Job Summary

Own social publishing, calendar orchestration, and community engagement across multiple toy and games brands, with real time trend activation and cross functional alignment to scale global programs.

  • Content & Publishing: Manage daily channel publishing and platform specific content while maintaining asset intake, approvals, and go-live readiness.
  • Community & Trends: Monitor conversations, identify key fans, and drive real time engagement to turn fans into brand advocates.
  • Cross-Functional & Scale: Coordinate with marketing, licensing, and analytics, adapting programs for regional markets and tracking performance for ongoing optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Daily channel management: Manage the day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and upkeep of social channels for 2–3 brands, ensuring on-brand, timely posts optimized per platform.
  • Content calendar coordination: Own the calendar process with asset intake, cross-functional approvals, and go-live tracking.
  • Community management: Engage with fans, identify trends and key members, and deploy real-time social copy to deepen connection.
  • Cultural Lynchpin: Bridge internet subcultures with toys and games narratives.
  • Always-on content production: Create captions, copy, short-form video concepts, asset briefs, and ideation with senior teams to keep calendars stocked.
  • Campaign support: Assist on big moments with ideas, tactics, and timeline management.
  • Boosting support: Spot breakout posts and collaborate with performance to repurpose into paid creatives.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Link brand, marketing, licensing, and analytics teams to align messaging and approvals.
  • Global scaling: Work with regional teams to adapt programs for local markets.
  • Creator selection and fit: Help craft briefs and content ideas for collabs aligned with brand audiences.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of social media or content marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels
  • Platform-native: active on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and proficient with each
  • Strong writing skills in a brand voice
  • Organized and detail-oriented with multiple brands and deadlines
  • Basic content creation skills: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited about toys, games, and pop culture
