Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives across the Communications, Marketing, and Brand function — owning timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project plans, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders
  • Build high-quality materials, including presentations, frameworks, and internal reports in PowerPoint
  • Act as an integrative "air traffic control" resource across the team, connecting workstreams, surfacing dependencies, and proactively flagging execution risks
  • Establish and manage clear workflows for cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure to loosely defined priorities and enabling consistency across corporate marketing and the broader team's strategy
  • Manage corporate marketing projects, events, and campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, business partners) and external vendors (creative agencies, consultants, media buyers)
  • Support the end-to-end execution of Apollo's corporate content engine — coordinating production, distribution, and editorial workflows across written, video, and digital formats

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, working within Corporate Communications or Marketing organizations, especially in the financial services sector and knowledge/experience working in the financial services sector strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive work forward under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and high integrity, with a track record of building trust and collaborating effectively
  • Resourceful problem-solver, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and self-motivated critical thinker, able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build polished, executive-level materials from scratch
  • Experience communicating across multiple platforms, content types, and technologies
