Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support affiliate channel strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution to drive profitable new account growth
  • Track and review campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve results
  • Develop recommendations and help implement optimizations based on channel learnings and performance insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, including understanding how partners operate and drive value
  • Partner with external agencies and publishers to support campaign planning, pacing, and performance improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators and help develop tactical plans to achieve channel targets
  • Work with finance and analytics partners to build business cases that support the channel roadmap and longer-term objectives
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to product partners and provide performance updates for senior leaders
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and summarize implications to support efficient acquisition growth
  • Use data-driven analysis to inform the strategic agenda and recommend next best actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or strategy, ideally in affiliate marketing or performance media
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing; experience with consumer financial products is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences
  • Comfort working with large datasets and translating analysis into data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with sound judgment and decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Preferred

  • Experience partnering directly with affiliate publishers and/or affiliate networks
  • Experience building performance reporting and recurring stakeholder updates
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or business case development in a marketing context
