Responsibilities

• Assist on 2-3 client accounts, including ideating and executing campaign strategy and leading client communications, with oversight from Account Managers.
• Support multiple client accounts, developing and managing affiliate marketing strategies, and other creator initiatives.
• Lead in creator sourcing and outreach efforts for multiple clients across varying industries.
• Maintain relationships with brands and creators ensuring the clear communication of key campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to implement creative and strategic solutions that amplify our clients’ success.
• Analyze performance data, contributing to the optimization and growth of campaigns

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
• Highly self motivated, driven and a team player
• Proactive problem solver and active learner
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy
• Analytical thinker and not number-phobic
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
