Support campaign delivery and coordination for client campaigns in a fast-paced digital media team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Coordination: Assist department staff in executing client campaign objectives, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Serve as the supporting communication liaison between external partners and internal production teams.
  • Coordinate and organize the delivery and receipt of creative assets from partner agencies.
  • Leverage our internal work management software to keep internal teams organized and projects on track.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to the team.
  • Act as the final point of quality control (QC) to ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet high standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with department administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, note-taking, invoicing, financial tracking, and preparing contact reports.
  • Limited C-suite administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing position (internships included); prior experience in advertising or an agency environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite apps (Sheets, Docs, Forms). Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc) not a requirement, but a plus.
  • Strong interest in emerging media, communication strategies, and progressive politics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience of equal value to the company.

Preferred

  • Experience in advertising or an agency environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc) is a plus.
