Responsibilities

• This is a client-facing leadership role on a high-visibility commerce account.
• You’ll partner with a Group Director on integrated programs spanning digital, ecommerce, retail, shopper, and in-store.
• You’ll own client relationships, guide a cross-functional team, and grow into the kind of strategic operator who can run a book of business independently.
• The role is hybrid, based in Minneapolis. You’ll be on-site with the client regularly, in our Minneapolis office mid-week, and remote on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital, creative, media, or consulting
• Real commerce chops: UX/UI, content management, shopper marketing
• Someone who shows up, builds trust in person, and moves fast without losing the details
• A communicator who can work across levels: internal teams, Sr. Brand Managers, VP/EVPs
