Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate events and promotions across Prairie Knights Casino by overseeing promotion material development, ticketing, merchandising, staffing, and box office interactions.
• Communicate event arrangements to Management and Enterprise departments to enable successful production and implementation of events.
• Support offsite trade shows, promotional activities, donations, database management, and group lodging with Lodge staff and other teams.
• Arrange travel, lodging, and catering for designated clients and entertainment artists in collaboration with Marketing members.
• Order supplies, maintain the events calendar, and keep the customer database and distribution lists current for accurate outreach.
• Assist in promotions and events at Grand River Casino with onsite Marketing and Gold Club staff as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports and complete special projects as directed by the Marketing Director.
• Maintain TIPs certification and apply knowledge in daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming License.
• Education: Baccalaureate degree in marketing or communication; experience may compensate for formal education. Must communicate in the enterprise's primary language.
• Experience: Two or more years in Marketing/Entertainment within gaming or hospitality; experience with casino player tracking data preferred.
• Skills/Abilities: Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Publisher/Adobe Creative Cloud, Yapsody, MS Outlook; strong organizational, coordination, and client-contact skills.
• Physical: Normal manual dexterity and vision; ability to lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
