Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including venue management, vendor relationships, logistics, and event-day operations.
• Maintain event budgets, inventories, contracts, calendars, and related documentation.
• Manage event and customer data, ensuring accurate reporting and CRM administration.
• Support brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.
• Monitor and enhance the company's online reputation through customer outreach and review management.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and business partners to support marketing and event objectives.
• Analyze marketing and event performance metrics and provide reporting to support business goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Office Administration & Customer Service Experience
• At least 1yr of Marketing Experience, Preferably w/ Event Planning & Management
• Prior Experience w/ Computers & Office Equipment (i.e., Microsoft Office, Printer, & Scanner)
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Preferred

• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
