Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, deposits, and rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial, occupancy, and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, renewals, lease files, and lease audits.
• Handle delinquent accounts, evictions, notices, and court appearances.
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively present community features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain prospect traffic in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident referral programs, outreach efforts, and online reputation management to support occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lease apartments and conduct competitive market surveys to evaluate pricing and market conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of property management experience required
• Knowledge of the resident leasing lifecycle required
• Real estate license preferred (may be required in some locations)
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software preferred
• Property Management: 2 years (Required)
• Yardi Voyager or other property management software: 1 year (Preferred)
