Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
• Supervise team members to ensure high standards of customer service, sales performance, and adherence to company policies
• Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and shift scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to promote professional development
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within retail environments
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and communication to effectively lead teams and engage customers
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and store merchandising
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation
• Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required
• Automotive background not required but VERY helpful
