Job Summary

We are looking to hire a flexible and adaptable employee who has the qualifications and skills to perform customer service and management experience. Responsible for operations support as needed, under the direction of the management

Assistant Manager's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for keeping the facility rented at optimum levels and effectively utilizing the Company’s marketing strategy.
• Actively sells retail items and maintains merchandise levels.
• Providing superior customer service including troubleshooting and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
• Inspect the facility throughout the day to maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure environment and promptly correct any situation that does not meet company standards.
• General office management including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day.
• Maintains all required documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
• Control delinquencies by telephone and letters on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and submit on a timely basis. Responsible for preparing auctions and cash controls.
• Effectively communicates with management, fellow employees and corporate office.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Current, valid driver’s license with access to a reliable personal vehicle. resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle conflict resolution.
• Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
