Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager to ideate, content curate, plan and manage high-quality and influential B2B & B2C events to achieve the corporate objectives
  • Curate event content in the entire project cycle, from research, theming, messaging, to detailed planning and execution to drive remarkable outcomes and create meaningful impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations
  • Work closely with cross teams to plan and execute comprehensive online and offline promotion strategies that maximise event impact and achieve specific project goals
  • Work with procurement team to go through all tender procedures and work with contractors timely and seamlessly to deliver design and build elements for each assigned event
  • Showcase the technologies of partner companies through effective brand positioning, programme planning, idea co-creation, and content development. Oversee budgeting, publicity, event/exhibition space design, survey creation, data analysis, and post-event reporting to ensure continuous improvement for future projects
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or event management, preferably gained in sizable / MNC companies
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Proven track record in curating event content and managing high-level, large-scale & impactful events, professional and effective marketing materials development and event marketing and management
  • Experience in managing virtual events and digital event/exhibition/matching platforms are preferred
  • Thorough understanding in promotion and publicity through various media channels and experience in digital and content marketing will be a definite advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills; good business sense to understand holistic corporate objectives and partnerships
  • Innovative, idea-driven, goal-getting, dynamic, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule
  • Strong writing skills; proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
