Job Summary
Support leasing operations and property management by coordinating tenant screening, leasing paperwork, rent collection, renewal programs, and resident services, with a focus on compliance and timely reporting.
- Lease administration: prepare leases, addenda, and maintain tenant files with HUD/LIHTC compliance.
