Responsibilities

Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in property management (Section 8, LIHTC, or previous housing experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability
Marketing and closing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
