KMG Prestige | Company Profile, Culture & Jobs

Company overview

616 Lofts are residential communities in West Michigan’s star city: Grand Rapids. Our properties are in the midst of some of downtown’s most popular locations. The upcycled, historic units fuse historic and modern features, such as exposed brick, high ceilings, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.More than all that, we love giving downtown residents a place where they can feel at home, make friends and enjoy all that urban Grand Rapids has to offer.
