You will own the day to day operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacancies, and admin tasks, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction across property management workflows.

Responsibilities
- Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management (Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance, NSPIRE, Tax Credit Lease-Up)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
