Responsibilities

• Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management
• Experience with Tax Credit & Lease Up
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
