Job Summary

Support-focused role coordinating inventory, pricing, and vendor issues for Sales Engineers while maintaining data in 4D and keeping reports current.

  • Inventory maintenance and records: Own accurate catalog and data entry across systems.
  • Cross-functional support: Help Sales Engineers and vendors with timely, professional communication.
  • Operational discipline: Monitor price, exception reports, and system changes to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description

  • Inventory and assortment maintenance: Collaborate with Category Manager to keep inventory and assortment accurate.
  • Sales Engineers support: Deliver service via phone and email to Sales Engineers.
  • Vendor collaboration and issue resolution: Work with multiple vendors to resolve issues for Sales Engineers.
  • Inventory records in 4D: Create and maintain inventory records in 4D.
  • Market price reports: Manage Market Price Reports.
  • Exception reports management: Manage exception reports promptly and accurately.
  • System updates: Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
