Responsibilities

• Meet with new clients in their homes for pet care consultations
• Help clients choose the services that best fit their pets' needs
• Answer phones, return calls, and respond to customer questions
• Assist with scheduling and other day-to-day office tasks
• Represent Woofie's at community events
• Help spread the word about our pet care services
• Fill in for dog walks or pet sitting visits when needed

Requirements

• Friendly and easy to talk to
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
• A true animal lover
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to get outside for dog walks and pet visits
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Customer service experience
• Pet care experience (professional or personal)
• Experience with events, sales, or community outreach
