Job Description

Responsibilities

Teaching a total of up to 24 credit hours per academic year across a variety of marketing courses.
Course modality could include both online and in-person sections.
Course location could include both Crete residential campus and Lincoln non-residential campus, teaching both undergraduate and graduate students.
We have a strong interest in faculty with expertise in one or more areas, including digital marketing, marketing research, and marketing strategy.

Requirements

Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing earned or in progress
Academically qualified to meet ACBSP accreditation standards
Successful experience as an instructor in marketing
Commitment to ongoing professional activity and scholarship
Candidates must have knowledge of methods to effectively instruct, motivate, and evaluate both undergraduate and graduate students
Teach across a variety of modalities
Engage in faculty scholarly and service activities
Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the SBL
Travel between Doane campuses in Crete and Lincoln
Background Check Required Yes

Relevant industry experience
Undergraduate, graduate, face-to-face, and online teaching experience
