Job Description

Hybrid Schedule- In Office Tuesday thru Thursday

Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team! This individual must be able to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must also possess excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain basic understanding of advertising process
  • Support the account team to guide execution of creative development on assigned projects
  • Support and assist with various elements of production across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces
  • Ensure concepts/assets are routed through proper channels (legal, proofing, production/BA, etc.)
  • File and asset organization maintenance (i.e., can find a requested document within a few minutes)
  • Monitor competitor activity & communicate real-time competitive alerts & trends
  • Become a subject-matter-expert in the client’s business, immersing yourself in their history, objectives and vision moving forward
  • Be resourceful! Look to leverage a variety of sources for requested information
  • Interact with Clients as needed
  • Communicate & track project updates for assigned projects during internal & external status meetings, manage status documents
  • Develop the first draft of meeting recap notes with clear next steps & timing to ensure full team is aligned & on track
  • Proactively manage up and across team disciplines. Build trust and respect from team members, partners, & clients
  • Assist account team with tactical tasks as needed (scheduling meetings, opening job numbers & estimates, requesting Ad IDs, etc.)
  • Become an expert on trafficking of all assets -- support the account team to ensure all materials are uploaded to appropriate channels by or before agreed-upon deployment dates.
  • Review all creative on assigned projects to ensure client feedback is addressed, keep track of historical feedback to know watchouts for future projects

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • 1 year of agency experience required
  • Please note this is NOT an entry level position

Compensation:

Deutsch offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary for this role is $45,000 plus paid overtime. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
