Job Summary

Own regional marketing operations by coordinating intercept programs, community events, and partnerships to grow ticket sales and local engagement.

  • Growth / Community Engagement: Coordinate intercept programs for hotels, restaurants, and ticket outlets to drive regional visibility.
  • Events & Partnerships: Plan and execute area events and attend key local meetings to strengthen community ties.
  • Campaign Execution & Ethics: Implement marketing plans with provided tools while keeping the team informed and maintaining high ethical standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the intercept programs for hotels, motels, restaurants, ticket outlets, etc.
  • Assist in planning and working area events, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Execute plans to achieve marketing objectives using provided marketing tools.
  • Attend all meetings in the assigned area as directed by the Marketing Manager, including Chamber of Commerce meetings, Hotel/Motel Association meetings, Business After Hours, and other community events.
  • Serve as an effective leader and participant in the Branson community.
  • Maintain an ethical environment that is always beyond reproach. Keep the marketing team informed of events and new openings in the area.
  • Monitor and maintain oversight of brochure distribution companies to ensure all brochure racks are fully stocked.
  • Follow company and departmental policies and procedures. Help in other areas/departments as requested by management.
  • Participate in inventory counting and auditing. Introduce the marketing intercept program to applicable businesses who are not currently a marketing partner.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to use a computer and input communication records timely and accurately.
  • Get along well with guests and fellow employees, always maintaining a professional business relationship.
  • Work at a rapid pace and assist in other areas/departments as requested by management.
