Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to join our team at our Los Angeles, CA office. This is an on-site role where you will engage with potential clients, schedule appointments, and support lead generation efforts. Responsibilities include contacting prospective leads, maintaining organized schedules, following up on inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to support client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation activities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records of interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales or client relations is a plus
