The RoleWe're hiring a top-tier Appointment Setter to drive new business through outbound outreach. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, reaching out via cold DMs and outbound messaging to spark interest and book qualified calls onto our closing team's calendar.
This is not a script-and-spray role. We want someone who can write like a human, read a room, and turn a cold conversation into a booked call.
What You'll Do- Run daily outbound outreach (DMs, cold messaging) to identify and engage potential clients
- Qualify leads and handle initial objections before booking
- Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales calendar
- Track and manage your pipeline daily, no lead falls through the cracks
- Continuously test and refine messaging to improve reply and booking rates
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to keep messaging aligned with what's converting
- Proven experience as a setter, SDR, or outbound rep, ideally in an agency or B2B service environment
- Excellent written communication; you know how to write a message that gets a reply
- Self-starter who can manage volume and stay consistent without being micromanaged
- Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools (we use GoHighLevel)
- Coachable, competitive, and hungry to earn more through commission
- Based in the United States
- $18-25/hr base pay, based on experience
- 5% commission on deals you close, paid out as the client pays
