Responsibilities

• Works with Nestle USA’s 25+ Brand teams to democratize self-service reporting & analysis capabilities that enhance marketing communications across paid, social media, social listening, website, SEO, CRM/email, and more. Activities include reporting on website performance, overseeing A/B testing and optimization, analyzing priority campaigns for impact, building insightful dashboards, and measuring the sales impact of brand advertising.
• Leverages data-driven insights to evaluate and inform brand communication optimization strategies. Creates automated, always-on, informative, and visual dashboards and collaborates with Brand teams to enable delivery of insightful presentations that help improve engagement and effectiveness across all consumer touchpoints.
• Elevates NUSA’s understanding of the consumer experience and digital journey by leveraging 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data sources to enable identification of consumer and product insights by brand teams, media teams (CRM, social, web, etc.) and Consumer Insights teams.
• Collaborates with internal departments (CRM, web strategy, paid media, social strategy, enterprise analytics) and external agency partners to operationalize data flows and establish the reporting structures needed to produce reporting and optimizations.
• Manages NUSA’s reporting requests from start to finish by building measurement/reporting frameworks, understanding stakeholder needs, visualizing data layouts, managing cross-functional IT resources, designing reporting outputs, analyzing results, and making recommendations to marketers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, marketing analytics, business analytics, social listening or IT/data management.

Preferred

• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing of social/digital content executions
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its analytics functionalities
• Experience with Power BI to create and visualize data from disparate data sets
• Experience in using Google Analytics (or equivalent) and Google Tag Manager to configure website reporting, evaluate performance and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with social listening, social intelligence, and/or social analytics tools, such as Talkwalker, Nichefire, Yogi, Audiense, Creator IQ, Sprinklr or similar
• Familiarity with the emerging LLM Listening / GEO / AEO space and the associated insights tools
• Basic knowledge of coding languages or developer tools
• Experience or familiarity with advanced analytics, including media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, statistical analysis, lifetime value analysis, and sales impact studies
• Familiarity with foresight use cases, identifying and analyzing trend signals from social media that ladder up to larger cultural movements or consumer behavior shifts
