Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze brand perception, audience trust, credibility, and sentiment across communications channels (including social listening), stakeholder groups, and engagement activities.
  • Conduct sentiment analysis, perception research, and audience intelligence assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of messaging strategies and assess alignment between intended communications objectives and audience perceptions.
  • Track narrative shifts, reputation indicators, stakeholder concerns, and engagement patterns across digital, social, media, and stakeholder environments.
  • Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries that communicate sentiment insights and brand performance clearly and effectively.
  • Identify emerging issues, misinformation risks, reputation challenges, and audience concerns that may impact organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with communications, stakeholder engagement, outreach, analytics, and strategy teams to integrate audience insights into planning and decision-making processes.
  • Support the development of brand health measurement frameworks, sentiment tracking methodologies, and audience intelligence programs.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify drivers of trust, engagement, credibility, and audience behavior.
  • Maintain sentiment tracking systems, monitoring methodologies, reporting standards, and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen (required by government contract).
  • Clearance Eligibility: Must be able and willing to obtain a U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret security clearance immediately upon employment.
  • Background Screening: Must be willing to submit to a rigorous federal background investigation, which includes an in-depth review of personal finances, criminal history, employment history, and drug use.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with APIs and programming language such as Python to enable data collection, analysis and presentation would be highly desirable
  • Degree or relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Analytics, Research, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with brand health measurement, audience segmentation, behavioral analysis, communications analytics, or reputation management practices is preferred
  • Experience supporting federal government, public affairs, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or mission-driven programs is preferred
