Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack .NET Core & React Developer with deep experience building high-traffic, outward-facing affiliate marketing platforms, and a strong passion for AI-powered features and intelligent automation. This role will lead architecture, development, and AI adoption across our platforms, working closely with offshore teams and reporting directly to the VP of Technology & Software Development.

**DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN AFFILIATE MARKETING IS A MAJOR ADVANTAGE AND STRONGLY PREFERRED FOR THIS ROLE**

Core Technical Responsibilities

• 8+ years of professional experience in C# .NET application development.
• Expert-level Full Stack and UX Development using:
• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC
• React, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI
• HTML, CSS
• Mastery of .NET Core and React for scalable, modern web applications.
• Design and optimize high-traffic, outward-facing platforms, implementing:
• CDN strategies
• Distributed caching
• Page-speed optimization
• Performance monitoring and alerting
• Architect and maintain scalable Windows server applications, including:
• APIs and microservices
• Message queues and background workers
• Asynchronous and multi-threaded processing
• Cache layers and distributed systems
• Deep experience with systems integration, including:
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
• Affiliate networks and third-party APIs
• Build and consume large-scale data feeds (REST, RSS, XML, JSON).
• Lead mobile-first development strategies and mobile application integrations.
• Advanced data-layer expertise:
• LINQ
• SQL Server
• Stored procedures
• Query optimization, indexing, and schema design

AI & Automation Responsibilities

• Design and integrate AI-powered features into web platforms, such as:
• Intelligent data processing and classification
• Predictive analytics and recommendations
• Automated anomaly detection and alerts
• AI-assisted content, reporting, or optimization workflows
• Implement AI-driven automation to improve:
• Data ingestion and normalization
• Affiliate performance analysis
• Fraud detection and quality scoring
• Operational efficiency across internal tools
• Collaborate on AI architecture decisions, including:
• Integration with AI/ML services (internal or third-party)
• API-driven AI models
• Model monitoring, versioning, and performance evaluation
• Apply AI tools to enhance developer productivity, such as:
• Automated testing
• Code quality analysis
• Performance optimization insights

Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as Lead Developer for offshore development team in India.
• Conduct extensive code reviews, enforcing best practices, performance standards, and security.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:
• System architecture
• API contracts
• AI workflows and automation pipelines
• Partner closely with product, analytics, and leadership teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Tooling & Best Practices

• Strong experience with:
• Azure DevOps
• Git / SVN
• CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in:
• Unit testing
• Integration testing
• Automated testing frameworks
• Debugging, logging, tracing, and monitoring
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

BASE SALARY

$120K (Based on Experience / Negotiable)
