Job Summary

Own end-to-end CGI-AI content production for automotive digital twins and scale agentic workflows across creative and governance gates.

Lead day-to-day CGI-AI asset production and cross-team coordination with internal partners and WPP
Manage end-to-end agentic content workflows from brief to delivery and raise output to real-time media needs
Build and expand a GenAI creator network, share monthly portfolio updates, and push storytelling innovations

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Twin Pipeline: day-to-day production lead for CGI-AI digital twin assets across a full automotive lineup
Coordinate with internal teams and WPP production partners to track timelines and deliverables
Build decks to communicate status updates to clients
Proactively solve delivery risks before they become problems
Route work to production partners vs internal solutions for speed
Ensure partners have inputs to create innovative work
Execute Agentic & GenAI Content Workflows: end-to-end from brief to delivery
Grow output volume and quality for real-time media needs
Build agents to support recurring production and creative tasks
Build/Expand a GenAI Creator Network: maintain network, share monthly portfolio, attend events

Requirements

4–6 years of experience owning digital production or post-production projects end-to-end in complex advertising or marketing environments
Strong project management instincts: you own timelines, track deliverables, and forecast risks before they turn into problems
Strong user of PM tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Notion, or Workfront
Fluency across creative and technical disciplines
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
Comfort with ambiguity and speed in a highly governed environment
Experience with AI tools and models like Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Topaz, Weavy, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
Ideal candidate has experience producing work within CGI and 3D production workflows (Cinema4D, Maya, Unreal Engine, or similar)
Along with your resume and portfolio, come prepared to share your favorite GenAI artists/creators or production companies and why they inspire you

Nice to have

Experience on a large-scale automotive account
Experience working in Figma
Familiarity with DAM systems and asset management workflows
An existing network of, or genuine drive to build relationships with, GenAI and CGI artists, creators, and production companies
