Responsibilities

• Support our Marketing Lead on an active website update project
• Help organize, format, and refresh content
• Assist with social and content tasks using our existing tools
• Test and help build AI workflows using Claude and other tools
• Bring ideas for how AI can make our internal systems faster and cleaner
• Document what works so the team can use it
• Light studio and project support as needed
• Help keep projects organized and moving

Requirements

• Curious about AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and eager to learn quickly
• Comfortable picking up new software without a lot of hand-holding
• Organized, reliable, and a self-starter
• Local to the Walnut Creek area with reliable transportation (local candidates strongly preferred)
• Available for consistent weekday hours through the summer
