The AI Governance Youth Lab (AGYL) is an AI governance and workforce development startup focused on shaping a scalable workforce and building governance infrastructure for an economy of responsible AI. Through fellowships, certifications, and open-source governance toolkits, AGYL equips youth with practical skills in AI ethics, compliance, and risk mitigation while supporting institutions in emerging economies with adaptable implementation frameworks. By combining education, workforce development, and policy innovation, AGYL aims to strengthen governance capacity and expand inclusive access to careers in responsible technology.

- Curriculum Development Intern
- Assist in curriculum planning and lesson development
- Research age-appropriate instructional strategies
- Fellowship Operations Intern
- Support cohort onboarding and communication
- Coordinate workshop schedules and program logistics
- AI Governance Research Intern
- Conduct research on global AI governance frameworks and policy developments
- Analyze emerging trends in AI ethics, compliance, and regulation
