Responsibilities

• Create high-quality YouTube videos about AI filmmaking, workflows, techniques, and creative experiments.
• Continuously test new AI video/image models and develop practical filmmaking workflows.
• Turn complex techniques into clear, engaging, and useful educational content.
• Own videos end-to-end: topic selection, research, scripting, recording, and editing.
• Study YouTube performance and audience feedback to decide what we should create next.
• Use Flick deeply and provide product feedback from the perspective of a professional creator.
• Help develop Flick’s voice and presence within the AI filmmaking community.

Requirements

• You are already a power user of AI filmmaking tools.
• You actively create AI videos, films, or visual experiments on your own.
• Strong creative taste and curiosity about filmmaking, storytelling, and emerging AI workflows.
• Able to explain technical or creative concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Comfortable editing videos and taking a piece of content from idea to published video.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently identify what is worth making.
• You move quickly, experiment constantly, and stay deeply up to date with the AI video ecosystem.

Preferred

• Existing YouTube, X, TikTok, or other creator presence.
• Experience making tutorials, educational content, or creator-focused videos.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, thumbnails, titles, retention, and channel growth.
• Experience with Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience with filmmaking, cinematography, VFX, animation, or creative technology.
• You spend too much time experimenting with new AI models before anyone asks you.
