Design, build, and optimize AI agents and prompts to generate on-brand product and marketing copy for Amazon Key.
Develop prompt libraries, style guides, and training data to encode brand voice and messaging frameworks across channels.
Establish evaluation loops and iterate on agent architecture to raise output quality and editorial consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize AI-powered content agents that generate on-brand marketing copy assets for Amazon Key
Develop and maintain prompt libraries, style guides, and training datasets that encode brand voice, messaging frameworks, and product positioning
Establish quality evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to measure AI output against creative standards and iterate on prompts and fine-tuning
Own the end-to-end content production workflow for Amazon Key written assets, from brief intake through AI drafts to final editorial review
Partner cross-functionally with senior creatives, product marketing, marketing managers, and product management to translate business objectives into creative storytelling

Requirements

4+ years of editor, content strategist, technical writer, or content developer experience
Experience creating brand guidelines
2+ years hands-on experience building, training, or managing AI/LLM-based content generation tools (prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows)
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing ability across multiple formats (product copy, marketing campaigns, long-form content)

Preferred

Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
Experience in B2C and B2B tech brands
