Responsibilities

• AI Avatars & Videos: Create high-quality, dynamic AI-driven avatar videos using VEO3, Heygen, Firefly, and other relevant tools.
• Agent Training & Creation: Design, develop, and train AI agents to interact effectively within video content, ensuring they align with client objectives.
• Commercial Production: Develop high-quality training, commercials, and video content tailored for broadcast and digital media campaigns, ensuring they meet the highest standards of production quality.
• Storytelling Video Content: Craft engaging, narrative-driven video content that captures the audience’s attention and effectively communicates the client’s message.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure content is aligned with client goals, branding, and campaign strategies.
• Enhance video assets with advanced editing and post-production techniques to produce polished, professional content.
• Stay current with the latest AI-driven video creation technologies to continually improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Assist in the integration of avatars, agents, and videos into digital marketing campaigns, including web design, social media, and email marketing.
• Support the development of additional content types as needed to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Working Knowledge of Agent Training: Ability to design and train AI agents for seamless interaction within video content.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in creating compelling storytelling video content.
• Proficiency with AI avatar and video platforms (VEO3, Heygen, Firefly).
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the complete video production processes, including scripting, filming/creating, editing, and final delivery.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality training, commercials, or promotional videos for broadcast or digital media campaigns.
• Excellent creative and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience with additional video creation or editing tools.
• Basic understanding of video SEO best practices.
• Experience with AI-based content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Prior work in remote teams or client-based projects is a bonus.
