The Role

You'll receive process briefs from department leads and the Head of Operations, then design, build, and maintain the automated systems that make those processes faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

This is a hands-on deployment role. Not a strategy role. Not a "let's think about it" role. You ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Take process briefs from department leads and build production-ready automations using N8N, Make, Claude Code, and API integrations
• Deploy AI-powered workflows using Claude, OpenAI, and coding tools where logic alone isn't enough
• Own the uptime and reliability of every automation you deploy. Fix failures fast and prevent recurrence
• Document every automation in ClickUp so anyone on the team can understand and maintain it
• Create SOPs and training videos so teams can confidently use what you build
• Build reusable templates and frameworks that scale across clients and departments
• Track and report weekly on impact: time saved, errors reduced, adoption rates
• Stay current on AI tools and bring recommendations to the team proactively
• Evaluate new tools quarterly and prototype new approaches before they become industry standard

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience deploying automations with N8N, Make, Claude Code, or Zapier in a business environment
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and code, not just drag-and-drop
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) to build functional systems
• Strong troubleshooting ability. You debug until it works
• Clear written and video communication for async work
• Self-directed. You take a brief and deliver the working automation without daily check-ins
• Fast deployment speed. You ship working automations without overengineering
• High reliability standards. You build systems that run in production without babysitting
• Obsessively curious about AI developments and what's coming next
• Available full-time, fully remote
