We are looking for a highly driven, innovative individual to join our team as an AI Automation & Business Optimization Specialist. This role is focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline operations, improve marketing performance, and drive business growth.

You will help build and implement “AI employees” that can analyze, optimize, and execute key business functions—saving time, increasing efficiency, and improving results across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and implement AI-driven systems to support business operations
• Analyze websites, marketing funnels, and messaging using AI tools
• Identify gaps in customer communication and user experience
• Develop automated solutions that improve clarity, conversions, and performance
• Use AI to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Optimize messaging so customers clearly understand:
• What we do
• How it benefits them
• What action they should take next
• Continuously improve systems to increase efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with leadership to implement growth strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI models that evaluate and score business assets (websites, funnels, messaging)
• Identify top improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Replace manual processes with automated AI workflows
• Build systems that deliver clear, data-driven recommendations
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and trends
• Support marketing and operations teams with AI-powered solutions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
