Motivate and inspire agency media teams, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.
Exhibit strong, persuasive client management skills.
Oversee daily workflows for all Digitas programmatic and digital campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate with agency media teams to respond to RFPs, build strategic media plans, communicate service offerings, and identify innovative solutions.
Review all client deliverables for quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring recommendations are robust, viable, and aligned with industry standards.
Clearly articulate Digitas team’s value proposition, technology, and processes to both current and prospective accounts.
Participate in forecasting and planning exercises for senior management, ensuring transparency and accuracy in media spend.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
