Job Summary

Own end-to-end client SEO reporting and data insights, turning campaign data into clear, actionable narratives while coordinating multiple projects and maintaining deadlines.

Lead bi-monthly and initial SEO campaign reports,
QA and proofreading of reports for accuracy,
Present data during kickoff calls and stakeholder updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Writing comprehensive bi-monthly SEO campaign reports for clients
Writing initial SEO campaign reports for new client campaigns
Proofreading and performing quality assurance checks on campaign reports completed by other team members
Providing strategic insights and analysis of trends, opportunities, and campaign performance
Tracking internal to-dos, deliverables, campaign metrics, and project status updates
Providing regular status reports to other teams and stakeholders
Developing monthly special reports for clients regarding SEO best practices
Attending client campaign kickoff calls and presenting data as needed
Reviewing technical site audits and creating in-depth initial SEO reports
Managing multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining deadlines

Requirements

Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Excellent grammar and spelling
Extreme attention to detail
Comfort writing data-driven reports
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization best practices
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and PPC trends, tools, and practices
Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights clearly
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to balance a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
Efficient task and project management skills

Familiarity with Google Analytics
Familiarity with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
Familiarity with Facebook Ads
Familiarity with Google Search Console
Familiarity with WebCEO
Familiarity with SEMrush
Familiarity with Basecamp
